TriVita’s Compensation Plan is an extension of our corporate philosophy of the Law of Reciprocity. The law is simple and universal, when you give something of value to mankind; it will come back to you in the form of what money can and cannot buy. The idea that rewards should be a direct reflection of effort and service are intrinsic with our compensation plan.
What is attractive about a TriVita Business is the minimal risk to start a business. With most franchises and small business ventures, there is large upfront cost along with the risk associated with these opportunities. TriVita’s unique compensation plan reduces that risk by allowing you to leverage your time and effort by recruiting other Business Affiliates in our multi-tier compensation plan.
The first step of TriVita’s Business Model is customer acquisition. To help offset new customer acquisition costs, TriVita pays a 40% first sale bonus on each customer’s first order. Once this first sale bonus has been paid, compensation for customer re-orders falls into one of the most innovative aspects of TriVita’s compensation plan; the 7-tier payout structure.
An important key to the growth of a TriVita Business is the benefit of continued earnings. Continued earnings are the commissions earned from the ongoing orders of your customers and the customers they refer to TriVita. The continued earnings from all first tier customers pay a 21% commission.
To better leverage your time and effort, the enrollment and development of new Business Affiliates in your business will bring in additional continued earnings through the customers they acquire. An additional 4% can be earned down 6 additional tiers on customers acquired by Business Affiliates on your team. Continual re-orders generated through the combined efforts of both TriVita and the Business Affiliate is key to a successful, growing business.
Our compensation program is aptly titled Reciprocity Rewards Program. This title supports TriVita’s philosophy of rewards earned through the service to others. Reciprocity (compensation) can be earned through 7-Tiers of referrals, so you not only earn on the customer you acquire, but also through the continued efforts and referrals of other Business Affiliates who you develop. The chart below outlines this pay out model.
In addition to earning commissions from the Customers and Members you refer to TriVita, you can earn even greater rewards from other Business Affiliates you refer. It is this referral opportunity that is the engine helping to drive your independent business.
The chart above demonstrates your ability to earn 4% of monthly income from other Business Affiliate MAP Customers and Contacts. The more Business Affiliates you find, the greater your income.
In the three steps below, we’ll show you how to take advantage of this unique opportunity.
For example, when you purchase MAP Contacts, you would place them on your first tier so you can earn 21% commission on the Reward Value of your customers monthly purchases. If your customers monthly purchases total a Reward Value of $10,000, you would earn 21% or $2,100.
Now, let’s say you enroll a new Business Affiliate who also participates in the Business Affiliate Program. They would also be located on your Tier 1.
Using the step 1 example above, let’s say that person also purchases MAP Contacts. Those Contacts would be on their tier 1 which is actually your tier 2. If those Customer’s also purchase a total Reward Value of $10,000 in one month, the Business Affiliate you referred would earn 21% or $2,100 and you would earn 4% of $10,000 or $400.
Step 3: Seven Generations of Commission
When the Business Affiliate you referred signs up another Business Affiliate, the same thing would happen. You would earn 4% of that person’s customer’s total Reward Value purchases each month. You can repeat this process and earn commissions from up to seven generations of Business Affiliates with no width restrictions. These generations of Business Affiliates and their Customers drive your business.
